New York Lottery Awards Over $12 million in Cash to New York Residents

Two Iranian-Americans and a Russian born citizen were among the winners of the state’s lottery, as well as a Turkish woman whose brother had won one of the New York lotto games two years earlier. A janitor, an electrician and a plumber from various areas throughout New York were also caught by surprise as lucky, millionaire winners.
