Two UK National Lottery Winners Share £15,192,740

Sunday, December 11th, 2011

Are you the two holders of UK National Lottery tickets with the main numbers 16 – 21 -24 – 29 -30 – 39 valid for yesterday evening’s (December 10th) draw; then congratulations are well in order, so put the champagne on ice and be prepared to celebrate big style because you’re in for one heck of a Christmas treat – a massive £7,596,370 (US$11,901,992) treat each to be precise, as your reward for hitting the UK lottery’s prize bulls-eye!

In addition to the two main prize winners, 11 other players matched 5 main numbers and the bonus number 20 to pick up £143,439 (US$224,740) each, which will come in very handy for when your Christmas electric bill arrives. Another 443 players matched 5 main numbers and will pocket £2,226 (US$3,487) each.

To play the UK National Lottery pick six numbers between 1 and 49; if you match three or more numbers you’ll win a prize; the more numbers you match, the bigger your prize! Match all six numbers and you’ve hit the sweet spot, the big one – the jackpot! The Bonus Ball comes into play only when you match five out of the six Lotto numbers. The draw takes place twice weekly; every Wednesday and Saturday and you have 180 days to stake your claim with UK Lottery operator, Camelot; after that unclaimed prizes are given to the National Lottery Good Causes Fund.

So if you haven’t checked your numbers yet then go and get last evening’s ticket from your usual safe keeping spot; get on the “dog and bone” to Camelot immediately, and then just chill out with a traditional UK breakfast; bacon, eggs, tomatoes and fried slice with a glass or two of Bollinger Champagne to help your digestion – absolute bliss; sheer decadence!

You too can play the UK National Lottery, as well as many other of the world’s biggest and richest lotteries from right here at WinTrillions, all you need to do is follow the links; pick your numbers and tell us what they are, we’ll send an agent straight down to a local lottery store and buy your ticket across the counter on your behalf; write your name across the ticket, send you a scanned copy, check your numbers, and let you know just as soon as you’ve won!

British Charity Projects Battle it Out for Lottery Cash

Monday, June 13th, 2011

We’re all used to seeing lottery draws on TV, but now charities will be battling it out for lottery support as well. In a UK first, three good causes in the Kent region will fight for a £60,000 grant from the UK National Lottery, which will help to fund a specific project in the county, south east of London. One of the competing bids is the Ramsgate Tunnels Heritage Project, which aims to restore a network of World War Two underground bunkers and open them to the public. Once all three projects have been featured on local TV, viewers will vote one which one should receive the lottery cash in time for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations in 2012. In total, £3.6 million in lottery funding is being given out across the UK to celebrate Queen Elizabeth’s 60 years on the throne, which is just a fraction of the hundreds of millions of pounds raised for good causes every year by the Lotto and Thunderball draws. You can play the UK National Lottery right here at WinTrillions.com.
