The lucky lottery Powerball winner of $260 million has finally come forward to claim his big prize!

The fortunate lotto player remains anonymous, however, Stephanie Hemminghaus from the South Carolina Education Lottery commented that the winner will be at a news conference on September 1st and the world will know who he is.
