New York Lotto Scratchers Make Buffalo Women Millionaires

Buffalo, New York has sure had its share of luck this month. A couple of lucky instant scratcher game tickets made not one, but TWO Buffalo women millionaires! Kelly Murphy, of Delevan, won a whopping $3 million prize on a Platinum Payout ticket given to her as a birthday present by her daughter and son-in-law. She received other tickets as well, on which she won about $129. Talk about a great birthday gift! And just a day after, Loreen Brigman – from Sloan- scored a cool million dollars on a Millionaire Madness ticket she bought after doing the groceries. Congratulations to the lucky ladies!
