The lucky lotto winner is Sabhya Mahmood. She’s a single unemployed mother and she has commented that this lottery ticket has changed her life.

She bought the lottery ticket in a local store and that night she checked the news and she realized that she had the winning numbers!

Sabhya Mahmood couldn’t believe it so she called a friend to double check for her. She said she was in a shock and that she didn’t know what to do.

Authorities from the National Lottery have confirmed that she has the lucky lottery ticket and she has come forward to claim her big prize!
