Well – after watching the surveillance video from the store where the ticket was purchased which actually shows a smiling Cua-Toc raising his hands triumphantly in the air after the winning lottery ticket is validated by the store owner; it took the Houston County jury just 35 minutes yesterday to award ownership of the $750,000 lottery ticket to Cua-Toc. Although the jury didn’t have any law to help them decide whether the ticket actually belonged to the person who purchased it or to the person who provided the money to purchase it – the jurors decreed that ownership actually belonged to Cua-Toc because the video evidence clearly shows that it was Cua-Toc who made the purchase!
