Missouri resident Bill West has won a cool $250,000 in June 25th’s Mega Millions drawing, according to officials from the Missouri Lottery. West, who bought his ticket at a Price Cutter in Springfield, matched all five white ball numbers, earning him a second-tier, quarter million dollar prize.The lucky numbers were 1, 2, 13, 19, 27. The elusive Mega Ball number was 21.
