A New York Lottery winner who just picked up his check for $4 million is keeping his cool.

John Wells of Oneonta, NY was pretty much emotionless, at least if you trust the expression on his face, when he received the big check.

Wells plans on using some of the winnings to build up his antique car collection.

“Right now, the garages are full. I’d have to build another garage to get some. I’ve got three antiques now,” Wells said.

Wells doesn’t plan on leaving his job, even after he recieves the lump sum total, after taxes, of $1.7 million in his account.

$200,000 Lottery Winner Forgot He Bought Ticket

A Raleigh man won the July 9th Powerball drawing but he had no idea.

Ramin Farro bought the ticket and had completely forgotten about it, leaving it on his dresser for days. When a friend of Farro saw that the prize had been unclaimed and purchased in their local gas station, he called and urged him to check if he had a ticket.

Upon going through his things he found that he did indeed play in the drawing, and after checking the numbers realized he was the missing winner of the $200,000 prize.

He plans to use the money for investments and a possible vacation.
