Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

A southeast Georgia man has a lot to think about lately, and some very tough decisions to make.

Should he take $167 million now, up front, or the larger sum of $275 million, paid out over 26 years?

The retired iron worker doesn’t mind such difficult questions, nor does he waste much time answering the presses questions.

What does he plan to do?

“Live happy.”

“Very east.”

How often does he play the lottery?
