While practicing auto rotations during a military night training exercise a helicopter pilot screwed up the landing and landed on the tail rotor. The landing was so hard that it broke off the tail boom. However, the chopper fortunately remained upright on its skids, sliding down the runway doing 360 degree spins.
As the helicopter slid past the tower, trailing a brilliant shower of sparks, the tower radioed “Sir, do you need any assistance?” The pilot replied, “I don’t know yet Tower, we’re not done crashing!”
Which reminds me, whilst I’m on the subject of helicopters – a 10 strong syndicate of co-workers employed by Bell Helicopters in Roanoke, Texas, are also doing 360 degree spins after taking the $28 MILLION jackpot in last Saturday’s Texas Lotto.
The group of seven men and three women pay 5 bucks apiece into their weekly lottery pool which finally hit pay-dirt after matching the numbers 13 – 36 – 38 – 45 – 46 – 49. After a ding dong celebration at Billy Miner’s Saloon in Fort Worth on Sunday the group threw a “sickie” yesterday and nipped over to Austin, Texas, to claim their prize.
Well you don’t have to either pilot a helicopter or even build a helicopter to win a lottery jackpot, but you do need a lottery ticket and you can get one of those right here at WinTrillions where you can also play the biggest and richest lotteries in the world!
What’s more, why play alone when you can increase your winning chance by joining a lottery syndicate? Lottery syndicates win more jackpots than single players! Why? Because they buy more tickets – buy just ONE ticket and you only have ONE wining chance – now pool your buying power with 9 other players just like the “helicopter 10” – you won’t spend any more on tickets – but now you’ve got TEN winning chances! Pool your buying power with 99 other players – you STILL won’t spend any more on tickets – but now you’ve got ONE HUNDRED winning chances!

There’s an old proverb that says “If a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing well” and it certainly seems to be the maxim of a guy who lives in the suburbs of Phoenix, Arizona who recently bought six Powerball lottery tickets and picked the same identical numbers for each ticket. Then – guess what? He hit the ONE MILLION bucks second tier prize, not just once, but SIX times to rake in a cool SIX MILLION! WOW – way to go!
That’s hot on the heels of Berryville, VA, resident Virginia Fike who only a couple of weeks ago pulled in a $2 MILLION Powerball prize after presenting two tickets with identical numbers! Now who says that numerology doesn’t pay off?
The anonymous winner from Phoenix picked up his $6 MILLION in winnings over the course of several visits to the Arizona Lottery’s headquarters in Phoenix, making Arizona a number two hotspot in the US hotspot rankings for second tier $1 million prize winners. In addition there were more than 50 winners in April taking home at least $10,000 each, including Alex A Defiore, who nailed a very useful $6.4 million.
Well you don’t have to either visit Phoenix or Berryville to play Powerball – you can do that right here at WinTrillions the world’s largest lottery website, with more games, more jackpots and more chances to win than anywhere else. Remember with WinTrillions you’ll never lose a ticket, never miss a draw and you’re guaranteed to receive your prizes whenever you win.

The run up to Tuesday’s $70 MILLION OZ Lotto draw in Australia draw saw lottery tickets being snapped up faster than a speeding bullet; unsurprisingly then that the final jackpot actually weighed in at a massive $74.8 million.
There were three winning ticket holders, one from Sydney, one from Adelaide and one from south-west Melbourne, with the seven main numbers 17 – 8 – 28 – 34 – 41 – 42 – 6 printed across the front which meant that each winning ticket pulls in a very tasty $24.9 MILLION apiece. So far only one of the three winners has come forward to claim her prize, a mother from western Adelaide; the holders of the other two winning tickets, which were sold in Geelong and Sydney, are still a mystery. Twenty Seven people nailed 6 mains and either the 4 or 19 supplementary numbers to take $47,000 each and 627 players hit 6 mains to pocket a handy $4,167 apiece.
Of course no game is complete without a joker and Tuesday’s Oz Lotto proved no exception. A 21 year old prankster from Melbourne who mocked up a fake $25 million winning OZ Lotto ticket and posted it on Facebook was inundated within minutes, with people begging for money through Facebook and calling his mobile phone.
You can play not just OZ Lotto but many other of the world’s biggest and richest lotteries right here at WinTrillions, the world’s largest lottery website, with more games, more jackpots and more chances to win than anywhere else. Remember with WinTrillions you’ll never lose a ticket, never miss a draw and you’re guaranteed to receive your prizes whenever you win.

There is a guy in Germany, Michael H., who recently sold some shares for $26,000; however an error by his online bank meant that they actually credited his account with $260,000,000 (nice one!) As soon as he checked his account balance a somewhat delighted Michael transferred $13 million into his current account in a different bank.
Now, it wasn’t too long before a beagle eyed official at the online bank spotted their mistake and successfully clawed back all $260 million but then demanded an additional $15,000 equivalent to the interest at 14.4% earned for the time the transferred $13 million was “resting” in Michael’s second bank.
Not surprisingly it was left to the courts to decide the outcome and eventually the district court in Itzehoe, Schleswig-Holstein, ruled last Thursday that Michael H., is NOT liable for the additional second charge and the online bank should now repay the $15,000 plus any interest accrued.
Asked why they had slapped on the additional $15,000 charge in the first place, the bank declared that their standard policy was to charge interest to people who use money that does not belong to them. The last word came from Michael H., who admitted it that is was “fun to be a multimillionaire for a moment,” but regretted moving the money.
So I guess the safest way to become an instant multi-millionaire is still to win the lottery; of course to do that you actually need a ticket and the place to get that ticket is right here at WinTrillions where you can play the biggest and richest lotteries in the world – once you win then the pick of the world’s banks are down to you!
